Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We select the highest quality items which meet our strict standards of workmanship and designs. We guarantee our personalized custom products to be free of manufacturing defects or errors.

It is extremely important that you review your order and artwork proofs for correctness prior to submission or approval. Check spelling, dates, and names carefully. We are not responsible for any errors after artwork proof approval.

Upon order completion or artwork approval your order goes into printing immediately and cancellations or changes to your personalized products cannot be made once you have completed, placed your order or approved of artwork proofs.  Completion of your order and approval of proofs confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was sent and/or proof was approved.

If you find any quality issues with your order please contact us with in 10 days of receiving your order so we can remedy the issue.

Understandably with the nature of customized personal products we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.

We try our best to meet your deadlines, however, sometimes delays can happen either in production/printing or in shipping. Once your order is sent off for printing and shipping, we have no control over any delays, therefore, we are not responsible for such delays and we will make every attempt to notify you of any anticipated delays. Unfortunately, if your product does not arrive on time due to such delays, we are not able to issue a full refund or credit.
